Guiding Leaders to New Heights
Corinne Lebrun Ph.d. (abd)
Corinne Lebrun is a multidisciplinary business strategist, organizational psychologist, and thought leader who helps visionary CEOs build profitable, purpose-driven companies. With over thirty years of experience spanning venture capital, organizational psychology, cross-cultural team leadership, and emerging technology advisory, she brings rare intellectual range to high-stakes business challenges.
Currently, Corinne facilitates executive masterminds for founders and CEOs of seven-figure companies through Pinnacle Global Network, where she has led over 100 sessions focused on strategic growth, organizational culture, and leadership development. She maintains a selective advisory practice with CEO clients navigating complexity, scale, and transformation. Her client results consistently include multimillion-dollar revenue growth. Recent examples include guiding one CEO from $2.3 million to $5 million in one year by building structured feedback systems that aligned teams with execution, and helping another scale from $2.1 million to $3.25 million by bridging a Gen Z/Gen X cultural divide and installing strategic financial leadership.
Corinne's expertise is multidisciplinary by design. Fluent in German with cultural anthropology training from San Francisco State University, she navigates cross-cultural dynamics and global team structures with unusual depth. She has led organizational psychology consulting for bi-national U.S.-Mexico operations, restructuring teams across cultural contexts to optimize performance and alignment. She also advises leaders on leveraging AI and emerging technologies for workforce development, accessibility, and operational efficiency, bringing both technical fluency and human-centered design to technology deployment.
Her career spans mergers and acquisitions, media ownership, federal contracting, venture capital, and startup acceleration. As co-founder of For Benefit Ventures, a $5 million venture fund, she guided seed-stage investments into purpose-driven startups, mentoring CEOs and overseeing strategic planning and operations. Through Evolving Ideas (EVID), she managed the national technology consortium AISTI, building cross-sector partnerships with NASA, Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Santa Fe Institute, and the National Academies while growing organizational assets from $40,000 to $400,000 and revenues from $40,000 to $3 million annually.
Early in her career, Corinne worked in mergers and acquisitions, helping raise $20 million for an airline buyout and conducting international due diligence for high-tech deals. She later secured a $9 million loan for a multi-year residential development project, helping a small construction company grow into a multimillion-dollar business. She also owned and operated The Onion's tri-city newspaper franchise in Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Albuquerque, managing sales, marketing, P&L oversight, and brand expansion.
Corinne's work with Verified Voting Foundation, a national nonpartisan organization focused on election security and democracy infrastructure, demonstrates her ability to operate in politically complex, high-stakes environments with integrity and strategic clarity.
Academically, Corinne holds a Master's in Psychology and is completing her PhD in Psychology with a concentration in social behavior, imagination, and meditation. Her training spans transpersonal psychology, cognitive science, positive psychology, media psychology, and behavioral group dynamics. Her research focuses on the intersection of consciousness, decision-making, and leadership under pressure, work that directly informs her approach to executive advisory. She is a contributing author on forthcoming academic research to be published through UC San Diego's Arthur C. Clarke Center for Human Imagination and has served as a research associate with the Emerging Sciences Foundation.
Corinne is the author of three books, a TEDx speaker (Is it a Screen or Is It a Portal?), and the founder of Wild Divine Bliss, a platform integrating science, spirituality, and human potential. She is a first-generation American with German and French-Tunisian heritage, bringing global perspective and cross-cultural fluency to every engagement.
Corinne blends academic rigor, real-world business leadership, and deep understanding of human behavior to help clients build bold, brilliant, and resilient organizations designed for both impact and evolution.
